This review is from: Navitas Organics Goji Berries, 16 oz. Bag - Organic, Non-GMO, Sun-Dried, Sulfite-Free (Grocery)
These are great tasting, but since I've found some bad ones I have to be picking out and looking for good ones to use and even breaking them in half to make sure inside is not black and rotten.

1.0 out of 5 stars MOLD!, April 24, 2014

I recently purchased these because I started a good health food binge. Upon opening the package which practically broke the ziplock seal, I noticed mold and leaves on them. Tasting some of the more cleaner ones, they have an almost peppery taste to them. Now, I've bought the sun dried dragonfruit from them in the past and that didn't have any mold or tampering with the package. So my question is: how did a SEALED package of moldy sun dried fruit get approved for shipping? I am highly disappointed and will not be buying anymore from Navitas. I buy CLEAN and FRESH food not MOLDY and OUTDATED!

1.0 out of 5 stars MOLDY BERRIES, February 10, 2017

This review is from: Navitas Organics Goji Berries, 16 oz. Bag - Organic, Non-GMO, Sun-Dried, Sulfite-Free (Grocery)
It was only after eating a majority of the bag that I saw berries were moldy. The best before date is July 2018, and I stored it in a "cool, dark, dry place" as the bag recommends, so there is no reason for this aside from poor production. I am absolutely disgusted.
